Finance Assistant – part time, flexible hours

Salary is pro-rata

Working for a small, but rapidly growing company in the trades sector, this Finance Assistant will be able to work 18 hours on a flexible basis between (Apply online only), with the option to increase these hours as the role and company grow.

Preferably at least AAT level 2 qualified, you will be fully responsible for all day to day financial functions:

* Managing the delivery of payroll, in line with the payroll schedule

* Checking purchase orders against invoices and inputting onto the system

* Assisting with month-end

* Invoice payment

* Generating sales invoices and credit notes

* Associated administration

You will be familiar with Quickbooks, or similar, be able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner and able to carry out a range of administrative duties, being happy to help out where needed in the small, very friendly office team.

Key skills are:

* High attention to detail

* Able to multi-task

* Excellent communication skills, both via telephone and in writing

* Willing to help where needed on administrative tasks
