Salary: £26,000 per annum

About the Role:

My client are seeking a motivated and customer-focused 1st Line Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Amersham. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build upon your existing IT support experience within a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support: Respond to incoming technical support queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve 1st line technical issues, escalating complex cases to 2nd line support as required.
System Monitoring: Monitor client systems proactively, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact service.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and changes using the company’s ticketing system.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless support delivery and client satisfaction.

Essential Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in an IT support role.
MSP Background: Proven experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
