A rapidly expanding Telecoms solutions provider is seeking additional B2B Lead Generators to join its team on a permanent, full-time basis. This position involves working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with an early finish on a Friday at a local office based in Swindon. You will have the opportunity to be part of a highly successful sales team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a B2B Lead Generator, you will earn a base salary of £24,000, along with an additional earning potential of £7,000 plus per annum. In this role, your primary responsibility will be identifying, investigating, and obtaining business sales leads, which you will then pass on to the business team for final pricing and sales closure. You will be supported by an expert management team that will help drive, train, and develop your sales career.

Upon starting, you will receive a detailed professional training schedule focusing on the products, communication methods, and expected targets. You will be paired with an experienced sales manager who will invest valuable time in explaining, training, and coaching you on the best practices in the industry. Engaging in role-playing and live-calling scenarios will enhance your understanding of the product and aid your training, allowing you to share knowledge and expertise with the broader team.

The ideal B2B Lead Generator will be proficient in using a CRM system for data management and lead tracking. Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical clients. Experience in the telecom or technology sector would be advantageous
