Responsibilities:

* Ensure the children are safe and secure at all times is a core nursery assistant responsibility.

* Supervise children during play, meals, and other activities.

* Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.

* Help to maintain cleanliness and organisation in the nursery or play area.

* Engage in reading, play, and creative activities to promote language development.

* Support children in resolving conflicts and developing positive social behaviours.

Requirements:

* Eligibility to work in the UK.

* Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.

* Recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.

* Proven ability to manage time effectively and work flexible hours.

* Passionate about working with young children and contributing to their developmental milestones.

* Have experience of working in a nursery setting as a nursery assistant.
