About the role:
We are seeking a full-time, long-term SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) starting in January 2025. The role involves assisting with individual and small group work, providing tailored support for children’s academic and social development. Salary: £85-£100 per day.

Application Requirements:
• Previous experience working with SEN, particularly ASD
• Understanding of strategies to support children with Autism
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Teaching Assistant Level 2/3, Autism Awareness)
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons for ASD students
• Work 1:1 with students to aid learning and developmen
t• Assist with behaviour management and emotional suppor
t• Collaborate with the SENCO and staff to monitor student progres
s• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
