We are now inviting applications for the position of Tele Phsyio , for one of our clients at United Kingdom. The client is seeking currently looking to hire phyiso and medical background expertise to join multi-disciplinary Radiology team in a new Community Diagnostic Centre.

The person will be extending expert advice for related procedures to private and NHS patients and will be responsible for booking in patients for the right treatment plans for MRI, X Ray, Phsyioherapy and will be also responsible for –

1. Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments using telehealth platforms to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, medical histories, and presenting symptoms.

2. Utilize standardized tools and techniques to measure the range of motion, strength, and functional limitations.

3. Identify and diagnose conditions such as musculoskeletal disorders, neurological impairments, and post-operative rehabilitation needs.

4. Develop a clear understanding of patients’ goals and expectations from therapy sessions.

5. Design customized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient’s condition, goals, and lifestyle.

6. Recommend evidence-based therapeutic exercises, stretches, and interventions.

7. Incorporate holistic approaches, including ergonomic advice, posture correction, and lifestyle adjustments.

8. Provide guidance on the use of assistive devices, such as braces, splints, or mobility aids, when appropriate.

9. Conduct live video sessions to guide patients through exercises and therapy routines.

10. Demonstrate proper techniques and provide real-time feedback to ensure exercises are performed safely and effectively.

11. Address patients’ questions and concerns promptly to build trust and encourage compliance with treatment plans.

12. Offer pain management strategies and advice for managing chronic conditions.

13. Track patients’ progress through regular follow-ups, assessing improvements and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

14. Record detailed notes on patient outcomes and maintain continuity of care across sessions.

15. Identify and address any barriers to treatment adherence, such as lack of motivation or access to equipment.

16. Liaise with GPs, specialists, or other healthcare professionals for integrated care when necessary.

17. Provide detailed reports to referring physicians or insurers as required.

18. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage complex cases effectively.

19. Educate patients on injury prevention, pain management, and self-care techniques.

20. Develop easy-to-understand instructional materials, such as videos or guides, for at-home exercises.

21. Empower patients to take an active role in their recovery journey.

22. Document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., GDPR).

23. Use telehealth software to schedule appointments, send reminders, and manage patient records.

24. Ensure timely completion of billing and insurance documentation when applicable.

25. Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy, telehealth practices, and relevant technologies.

26. Attend online training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in virtual patient care.

27. Contribute to the improvement of telehealth services by providing feedback on software and workflow processes.
