CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR | JANUARY START | CHORLEY/LEYLAND | 3 MONTHS PLUS
You will be working for an Engineering Service Group, based across Leyland/Chorley. Their electrical testing services are delivered by competent engineers who use their technical expertise and experience to keep tenants safe.
In your new role, you will be supporting the Customer Services Team.You will be a part of the social housing team.Every 5 years, electrical testing is required on each house. The engineers will send a report to you with any work that has been done. You will be required to keep track of the paper trail and complete invoicing, highlighting any discrepancies that may arise.
To be successful, you must have some experience in the financial sector. You will be working on CRM and other bespoke inhouse systems. You will be required to be organised and have good timekeeping skills. To be competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is important as you will be gathering reports and updating spreadsheets. You must have good customer service and communication skills too.
This role requires a substantial amount of customer contact.
In return, you will be working on a temporary to permanent contract. Full time, Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday – 8:30am-4:30pm. You will receive an hourly rate from £12, inclusive of holiday pay. You will be paid every Friday. You will be offered a permanent contract once you have passed probation (3months) providing your performance is well, to which you will be entitled to a bonus scheme.
