Offering a fantastic starting salary of £21,000 – £24,000 per annum, caba are looking for their next aspiring Junior Data Analyst to join their Insight & Impact team. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Junior Data Analyst qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets relating to the employers business
  • Prepare reports for stakeholders at various levels using business analytics reporting tools
  • Monitor and audit data quality
  • Identify areas to increase the efficiency and automation of processes
  • Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

  • £21,000 – £24,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 9 am till 5 pm
  • Flexible working available
  • Hybrid working; 2 days working from our Rugby office and 3 days from home

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself in an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Junior Data Analyst

Beyond the fundamental apprenticeship modules, you’ll delve into two custom-designed modules and one advanced expert module. This personalised approach will hone your abilities and deepen your expertise, positioning you as a true leader in your field.

Expert Module: Power BI – This course is designed for individuals who seek to gain expertise in analysing and visualising data, and providing actionable insights using Microsoft Power BI. You will learn how to transform raw data into meaningful business insights by creating robust data models, visualisations, and reports. The course emphasises working with stakeholders to gather business requirements, using Power Query for data transformation, and developing reports that drive business decisions.
