Base 25k, OTE 70k
Job Purpose
As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring clients renew their contracts and remain loyal to the business. Your success will be measured by the renewal rate of the clients allocated to you each quarter.
Key Responsibilities
Client Retention:
Conduct virtual meetings with existing clients approaching the end of their contracts.
Renew contracts for future terms, maintaining client relationships.Contract Negotiation:
Address mid-term client requests to renegotiate terms.
Resolve outstanding client debt, facilitating payments and contract extensions.Business Growth:
Seek referrals and upsell opportunities during client interactions.Administration:
Ensure all administrative tasks and DocuSign processes are completed promptly.
Maintain accurate records and reports for the Associate Director – Retention.
What We’re Looking For
Performance & Time Management:
Ability to manage a full diary (15 appointments per week) and achieve a minimum of 2 hours of talk time daily.
Book at least 75% of clients due for renewal each month and secure a minimum of 3 appointments daily.
Maintain high appointment retention with no more than two cancellations weekly.Client-Centric Approach:
Provide a positive client experience with no complaints regarding renewal handling.
Respond to client calls and correspondence promptly and professionally.Team Player:
Consistently meet departmental standards and contribute to team success.
