Requirements:
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree in Psychology or a related subject from a top 20 UK university
- Prior experience working in a child centred role, particularly those with special educational needs
- Confidence in handling challenging behaviours and supporting students with learning difficulties
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging learning materials tailored to each students unique needs
- Adjust teaching methods to meet the individual requirements of students
- Support students physical, social, and emotional well-being
- Construct an inspiring and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation
