About the role:
KS1 TA: Join a vibrant primary school in Ealing as a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant (TA). In this part-time, ongoing role, you will support students in booster sessions and interventions, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Your responsibilities will include working with small groups and one-on-one to help children catch up with the curriculum and build their confidence in learning.

Application Requirements for a KS1 TA:
• Experience in primary education is desirable.
• Passion for supporting students with SEN.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities: As a KS1 TA you will:
• Assist with booster sessions and interventions for Key Stage 1 students.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support.• Help create resources and activities to support students’ learning.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.• Contribute to monitoring student progress.
