Customer Service Advisor
A recognised market leader in their sector, now has a need for an additional Customer Service Advisor, to join their small and professional customer service team.
Duties
To review and process Customer orders
To respond positively to all requests from Customers
To prioritise and process all work within a reasonable time frame
To liaise with the Company’s Customers by telephone and in writing
To review and process incoming orders ensuring quantities and pricing is correct
To respond to enquiries about the delivery of products
Offer additional or alternative products to the customer as and when applicable
Build customer relationships by taking ownership of calls and ensuring the customers needs are always met or exceeded.
Manage data entry via the CRM System Skills & Experience
Previous Customer Service experience
Good written and verbal communication skills
Accuracy in work and attention to detail is essential
Computer literate – including SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Calm, organised and able to work in a Team
Willingness to “go the extra mile” for every customer
