End User Support Specialist -Edinburgh, Hybrid
Bright Purple’s longstanding hospitality client are looking for a customer-focused individual who can offer first-class support to their end users, helping them resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

The role:

  • As a member of the End User Support team, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the hospitality sector with their technical issues, ensuring their systems run smoothly.

  • Take responsibility for your cases, ensuring timely updates are given and achieving SLAs.

  • Act as the first point of contact for all support queries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.

  • Help to create and maintain user documentation and guides.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Previous client facing experience, ideally in a similar role.
  • Ability to work well with a diverse multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Hospitality experience would be advantageous .
  • Our client has a client base in the UK and Europe, soproficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Swedish is highly desirable.
