The school caters for primary and Key Stage 3 and 4 students with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The provision is purpose-built, with facilities that support students’ learning and development.
Position Details:
Location: B33 (Birmingham, UK)
Job Type: Full-Time, Immediate Start
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Salary: £425 – £440 per week
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure the academic and personal success of students with diverse learning needs. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Assisting students in both individual and group settings to enhance their learning experiences
Supporting students with additional learning needs to reach their full potential
Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Ensuring students’ well-being and safety throughout the school day
