Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons to students.
Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic and personal growth.
Help prepare and organize lesson materials, ensuring the learning environment is well-resourced and conducive to learning.
Support students in their individual learning needs, offering guidance and encouragement where needed.
Assist in monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to enhance the educational experience, emphasizing teamwork within the classroom.
