Job Summary:
They are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting their students’ learning and development, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
– Support students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours in the classroom and during activities
– Assist teachers in planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons
– Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
– Provide emotional support and guidance to students as needed
– Collaborate with other support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support
