Job Duties:
Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in the classroom
Assisting the class teacher in implementing individual education plans
Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assisting with behaviour management and classroom activities
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
Previous experience working with children or individuals with SEN
Education:
Relevant educational background in education or childcare
Experience:
Experience working in a school or educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of special educational needs and different learning styles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with SEN
Preferred Qualifications:
SEN training or certification
First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
The role involves working in a classroom setting with students with special educational needs. The working hours are full-time, and the position is temporary.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
