Cover Teacher
Location: Manchester
Salary: £85 – £100 per day

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a variety of subjects, covering for absent teachers and ensuring continuity in students’ education.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic and personal growth, ensuring high standards are maintained in the teacher’s absence.
Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring that students are supported in achieving learning objectives.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring that students remain focused and respectful during lessons.
Provide feedback to the absent teacher or school staff on student progress and any issues that arose during the lesson.
Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to enhance the educational experience and ensure the smooth running of lessons.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
A strong passion for teaching and the ability to adapt to different subjects and age groups.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Flexibility and a positive approach to working within a variety of educational settings.
