Work with students exhibiting challenging behaviour
Support students with SEN, ASD, and SEMH needs in both academic and social aspects
Provide guidance as a positive role model and mentor
Implement effective behaviour management strategies
Work alongside a supportive team and contribute fresh ideas and resources
React to situations in real-time, showing patience, empathy, and adaptabilityIdeal Candidate – Behaviour Mentor – Enfield

Experience working with young people with challenging behaviours (preferably in an educational or similar setting)
Strong behaviour management skills
A passionate individual who is motivated to make a positive impact on the community
Ability to stay calm under pressure and react quickly in challenging situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in roles such as Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Specialist, Youth Mentor, Youth Worker, or even a prison officer may be beneficialAdditional Requirements:

Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
