The Role – Behaviour Mentor
I am recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor to work 1:1 with children ages 4- 19 who have SEMH, some of whom exhibit challenging behaviour and cannot focus in some lessons, you will be expected to provide children with support emotionally and academically implementing behaviour strategies to support children to find ways to self-regulate emotions and come up with plans to get them to engage and remain in the school and take part in activities. The ideal Behaviour Mentor will have experience working with challenging children, someone who is passionate about being a great role model will be great.

This thriving SEMH school is located in Redbridge they provide education to children ages 4 – 19. They have a great SLT who ensure that staff have training and resources to ensure that children are reaching their full potential. They have on site parking and the bus stop is outside the school.
