The position of Autism Specialist Assistant is a full-time role, assisting students on a 1-1 basis. The successful Autism Specialist Assistant will be vital when encouraging students to reach their full potential. This will include keeping them engaged with their tasks, encourage independency and confidence, implementing self-regulation tecniques and identifying areas of improvement.
