THE ROLE – SEN Teaching Assistant
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide personalized support to students with a range of special educational needs. You will assist in delivering individual and small group interventions to help students to reach their full potential. This role requires excellent behaviour management skills, a positive attitude, and to be able to build a strong relationship with each pupil. You will be required to arrive at the school for 8:30am and leave at 3:30pm.
