Scheduler
Location: Birmingham
⏰ Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, 8 am – 6 pm on a rota, plus occasional Saturdays with extra pay)
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per year (dependent on experience)

The Role
In this fast-paced role, you’ll:
* Schedule and allocate work using Job Watch and other client-specific systems.
* Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and external companies daily.
* Order parts and book client visits.
* Handle issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to schedules.
* Deliver excellent administrative support and maintain accurate records.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience in scheduling (minimum 1 year).
* Background in facilities maintenance (minimum 1 year).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A methodical, detail-focused approach and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
