About the Role:

SEN Teaching Assistant Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual passionate about supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? We are seeking a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to work with children aged 2 to 7 in a nurturing and holistic educational environment. Key responsibilities for an SEN TA include:

• Supporting students with ASD in Early Years, KS1, and KS2 settings.

• Assisting with personal care needs when required.

• Implementing tailored learning strategies to meet individual needs.

• Promoting positive social interactions and fostering independence

.• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure cohesive support.
We are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant who:
• Has experience working with children with ASD (preferred but not essential).

• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude.

• Is confident in assisting with personal care when needed.

• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Holds a relevant qualification or is eager to gain further training in SEN support.
