The Role of a Cover Supervisor: This is your opportunity to play a vital role in the classroom, ensuring a productive learning environment in the absence of regular teachers. You’ll support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping maintain focus and engagement throughout the school day.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Delivering pre-prepared lessons and managing classroom behavior in line with school policies.
Encouraging student participation and providing support where needed.
Ensuring a safe and positive learning atmosphere.
Collaborating with teaching staff to support learning objectives.
About You as a Cover Supervisor: We’re looking for someone who can connect with students and foster a supportive classroom environment. If you have the following, we’d love to hear from you:
Experience working with young people in an educational setting (or a strong interest in starting a career in education).
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
