Support Worker
Location: Rugby
Hours: 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £11.44 to £11.75 (depending on experience)
I am looking for multiple full-time Support Workers to join a welcoming supported living service for adults with learning disabilities in the Rugby area.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, person centred support to adults with learning disabilities.
Promote independence and choice through person centred care delivery including support accessing day services, activities and community involvement.
Medication administration
Work flexibly on a varied shift pattern, including weekends (no night shifts required).
Requirements:
Previous personal or professional experience in a similar role.
Full UK driving licence.
Flexibility to work on a rota basis.
Commitment to providing compassionate and respectful care across the Rugby area.
