Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a SEN Teacher to work in a mainstream Primary School located in Brierfield, East Lancashire (BB9)

The successful candidate will be teaching several classes throughout the school, teaching Key Stage 1 and 2 children in small class groups. The teacher will be expected to plan, prepare and deliver engaging and accessible activities, prioritising pupils’ individual progress. This will involve following EHCPs with the support of colleagues, especially Teaching Assistants. Teachers will be expected to maintain track such progress closely through appropriate assessments and tasks, regularly liaising with guardians.

The incoming teacher must:

Hold QTS, a PGCE or equivalent qualification
Have experience working in schools
Have a keen understanding of SEN and SEMH
Have Right to Work in the UK
Register with Teaching Personnel
Pass all necessary vetting checks
Benefits include:

Pay on a weekly basis on Timesheets through Teaching Personnel
Daily rate pro-rata from M1-UPS3 pay scale (£28,000 – £43,685)
8:30am – 3:30pm working hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
