An outstanding primary school in Harrow is looking for an Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide vital support to their students with SEN. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and committed team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEN across various year groups, focusing on individual learning needs.
- Implement and adapt learning strategies to ensure inclusivity and engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers and SEN coordinators to provide tailored support.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for students’ emotional well-being.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
- Familiarity with SEN, including ASD, dyslexia, and speech and language difficulties.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A caring and proactive approach to supporting children.
Salary:£95-110 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications).
