We are currently looking for 6 x customer service advisors (CSA’s) to support our friendly client near Shaftesbury for a full timetemporary contracton an immediate start basis for around 6 weeks.

This is a fully remote role however candidates will need to be local to the area.

For the right candidate this could lead to a permanent role.

The Perfect Customer Services Advisor Candidate:-

  • Will have 3+ years of experience in customer services
  • Have prior experience using databases for data entry
  • Will be experienced working within a confidential environment
  • Have excellent communicational skills both written & verbally
  • Have an excellent attention to detail
  • Will remain calm under pressure
  • Will have a polite, sympathetic nature
  • Will be proactive

Duties of the role include:-

  • Booking appointments
  • Accurate data entry
  • Identifying & escalating any issues to the relevant supervisor

35 Hours Per Week

Working hours:- 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Remote Working – but would need to be in the local area.

£13.19 per hour
