Job Title:Sales Executive
Location:South Manchester (Hybrid working available)
Salary:£27,500 per year + Commission
OTE:£40,000 – £45,000 in the first year
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
Hybrid Working:Available after successful completion of training/probation (2 days per week working from home)

Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-orientedSales Executiveto help us expand and strengthen our recruitment agency network. In this role, you will be responsible for driving both the acquisition of new clients and the growth of existing accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Growth & Account Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to increase the number of agencies referring clients to PayStream.
- Account Expansion:Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth.
- New Business Acquisition:Identify and approach new recruitment agencies to foster new business relationships.
- Balanced Focus:The role will be equally split between managing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with the Sales Director and ICRM Team Leader to implement effective strategies for business development.
The Ideal Candidate:
Were seeking someone who is:
- Hardworking & Approachable:Able to work efficiently in a target-driven environment and build meaningful connections.
- Sales and Customer-Oriented:Experience in sales and customer service, with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Confident in Outbound Sales:Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, with a target of at least 50 calls per day.
- Excellent Communicator:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and nurture long-term relationships.
- Client-Focused:Passionate about delivering high levels of service and meeting client needs effectively.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Education:Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Experience:At least 1 year in a B2B sales role.
