Production Operative (Food Factory)
Location: Crediton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:15am 3:00pm
Pay: £11.44 per hour
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our team in Crediton. This role is based in a fast-paced food production environment and is physically demanding, so candidates must be prepared for a physically challenging role and must be able to follow instructions of a recipe with different measurements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and ensuring smooth production processes.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in line with food safety regulations.
- Packing and preparing products for distribution.
- Assisting in the maintenance of a clean and organised workspace.
Requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding role.
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent time management and reliability.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but not essential.
