VP Forensic

Area: Nottingham DN40 Immingham

Male support workers needed: This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruit males only due to the nature of the role.

VP Forensic are looking to add to our support team in the Immingham area DN40 to support a gentleman with moderate/learning disability and traits of autism and complex behaviour. This client requires 24/7 support and during the day as 1:1 support. During the night which is a sleep-in this Is 1:1.

You will need:

Must have previous experience working with clients with challenging/complex behaviour.

Must be eligible to live and work in the UK (Sponsors are not available)

Caring, patient and empathetic nature

Excellent communication skills

Motivation to make a difference to our clients

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Providing high quality person centred support to our clients
  • Supporting our client with working toward their goals
  • Supporting with daily living tasks and engaging in fulfilling and meaningful activities with our clients
  • Providing support to access the community that are engaging and fun for our clients
  • Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team.
