Service Co-ordinator

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9-5 (You must be flexible) (On call)

You will be working alongside a supported living team ensuring the service users are living a fulfilled life. Duties include care plans, rota’s, risk assessments, writing reports, supervisions, annual leave and finances.
The service users have learning disabilities, so it is your job to make sure everything is run smoothly, and they are being provided with a high standard of care.
