Exciting opportunity: Level 3 Teaching Assistant needed for after half term!
1:1 Support – SEND & Behavioural Skills Essential
Part-Time (Monday to Friday)
Premier Education are working with a wonderful school near Knutsford who are looking for an experienced TA to work 1:1 with a reception child who requires a kind, calm and patient role model. This child does display behavioural needs on occasion so require someone who has experience with this type of challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support, ensuring the child can access the curriculum.
* Implement personalised learning strategies
* Support the classroom teacher with behaviour management and classroom activities.
* Foster an inclusive, supportive environment to enable child to thrive
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience working with children with SEND and behavioural challenges.
* Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
* A proactive, adaptable approach to supporting students.
* Part-time commitment: Monday to Friday
