Role: Accounts Assistant Role
Location: Corby
Hours a week: 20 hours to suit your personal needs

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Accounts Assistant administrator to join our clients Finance team on a part time basis in Corby.

Principal Accountabilities:

· Administrative tasks: Answering incoming calls, updating service records, and correspondence.

· Financial record keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of purchase invoices, reconciling statements, entering staff expenses onto Oracle NetSuite.

· Credit control: Assisting with credit control and chasing debt

· Liaising with others: Communicating with clients, suppliers, and third-party providers

· Updating documentation: Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

· Any other Ad-hoc administrative duties.

Person Specification:

· The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in accounting.

· An organised approach to work, strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks in a time efficient manner.

· Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

· Good working knowledge of MS office and good understanding of ERP (Oracle NetSuite desirable) systems whilst having the ability to pick up technology quickly.

· Able to work to tight deadlines.

· Self-Starter, confident and a good team player.

The position will report directly to the Management Accountant.

This is a temp to permanent position; 20 hours per week flexible to suit your personal needs.

21 days annual leave (inclusion of bank holidays) / Christmas bonus
