The Role – Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be helping students who struggle with managing their emotions, especially in stressful or overwhelming situations.. You will provide 1:1 and small group mentoring, helping pupils develop strategies for positive behaviour and supporting them both inside and outside the classroom. Your role will be to de-escalate these situations and teach the student strategies to manage their emotions in a positive way.
