What You’ll Be Doing:

* Create new Products & Purchase Orders on internal system

* Report shortages to suppliers within required time frame

* Monitor supplier service level (lead time of stock, cancellations, shortages)

* Liaise with suppliers to get updates regarding late deliveries and urgent stock

* Raise supplier offers and distribute to the Sales Team

* Book in supplier deliveries in the diary

* Arrange collections from suppliers

* Providing administrative-cover support to other office departments when required

* Resolve any Buying queries from Sales Team

What You’ll Bring:

* Experience in a previous “buying” role, team or department would be hugely beneficial

* Very strong customer service skills that leave a lasting impression.

* Superb administrative abilities and attention to detail.

* Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organisational and time-management ability.

* A positive, can-do attitude.
