SEN Learning Support Assistant – Monday to Thursday –New Malden

We are seeking a SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in a post-16 college in the New Malden area, supporting students with Autism (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), and Complex Needs.
Role Details:
Location: New Malden
Days: Monday to Thursday (Only apply if you can work these days)
Hours: 8:45am – 4:30pm
Pay: £92 – £95 per day (PAYE)
Responsibilities:
Providing tailored support to students with ASD, PMLD, and complex needs
Assisting with learning activities, personal care, and communication support
Working closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans
Supporting students in developing independence and life skills
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with students with SEN, particularly ASD, PMLD, or complex needs
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
Willingness to assist with personal care and physical support if required
A passion for helping young people reach their full potential
