SEND Teaching Assistant – Full-Time – Bromley

We are seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in the Bromley area, supporting students aged 4 to 14 years old with Autism (ASD). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a structured and nurturing environment, helping students develop key skills and confidence.

Role Details:

Location: Bromley
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Pay: £85 – £100 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

Providing tailored support to students with ASD in both classroom and one-to-one settings
Assisting with communication, sensory regulation, and emotional support
Implementing structured learning strategies to promote engagement and independence
Working collaboratively with teachers and therapists to create an inclusive and supportive environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience supporting children with ASD or other SEND needs
A patient, calm, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A passion for working in a specialist education setting
