About the Role:

Responsibilities:
* As a Maths Teaching Assistant you will support the teaching and learning of mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Provide one-to-one or small group intervention sessions to help students grasp complex concepts.
* Assist in the preparation and delivery of engaging maths lessons.
* Collaborate with the maths department to develop resources and strategies for improving student attainment.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements for a Maths Teaching Assistant:
* A strong academic background in mathematics (A-level or equivalent minimum; degree preferred).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Prior experience in a classroom setting or working with children (desirable but not essential).
