They are now on the hunt for compassionate, enthusiastic, individuals to join their experienced care team as a Care Assistant on either days or nights.
Job Details:
* £12.18ph – £13.06ph with weekend uplift of up to £1.20ph
* Full Time Permanent contract
* Day or Night Shifts available
* 12 hour shifts
Care Assistant Main Duties:
As a care assistant, you will be an integral part of their caring and dedicated team. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to residents with daily activities
* Support with mobility, feeding, and maintaining personal hygiene
* Monitor and record residents’ health and well-being
* Build positive relationships with residents and their families
* Assist with recreational activities and encourage social interaction
* Ensure the safety and comfort of residents at all times
* Follow care plans and assist with delivering individualised care
* Report any changes in residents’ condition to senior staff
Care Assistant Requirements:
To excel in this role, we are seeking carers with the following qualifications and qualities:
* Previous experience in a Care Assistant or Support Worker role
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
