£12.67-£13.57 per hour DOE, weekly pay

Full time, Temporary to Permanent

Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Leeds based manufacturing client to recruit an Order Processor on a temporary to permanent basis.

You will be part of a busy team and must be willing to support other departments and colleagues within the business as and when required.

Role responsibilities:

* Handling incoming calls from customers

* Processing customer orders

* Working on a costing system (Spok) to provide accurate information

* Updating customers on the status of their order

* Accurately entering information onto our clients CRM system

* General administrative duties

You will need:

* Experience of working on a costing system (this is essential)

* Previous experience of working within an order processing role/environment

* Competent IT skills

* Exceptional customer service skills both verbal and written

* The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
