Shift pattern (day and night):
Day Shift: Week 1: 6am – 6pm – Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat & Sun (Wed & Thur off) Week 2: 6am – 6pm Wed & Thu (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat & Sun off)
Night Shift: Week 3: 6pm – 6am – Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat & Sun (Wed & Thur off) Week 4: 6pm – 6am Wed & Thu (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat & Sun off)

The job role: As an Operative you will be responsible for site inspections following the instructions of the supervisors and Day Captains, you will be monitoring the plant using the SCADA system, working at our site that runs the china clay refining process, you will be required to focus on producing products to the correct quality and in accordance with the company EHS policies and management instructions. Some of your responsibilities include:
* Monitoring the refining process – this is done via automated process control; however manual intervention is also required.
* Operating a variety of china clay processing equipment across the site.
* General site housekeeping.

* Ideally have worked in a similar industrial environment.
* Possess Health, safety, and environmental knowledge.
* Ideally have mobile plant licences / experience – however we can get you trained up.
