Part-Time Learning Support Role
Location: Chelmsford
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students aged 16-19 in a post-16 setting, providing assistance with GCSE-level work and tailored support to help students succeed in their studies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-class support to students aged 16-19, assisting with GCSE-level coursework and post-16 learning.
Offer tailored academic support to meet the individual needs of students.
Ensure students are engaged, motivated, and supported throughout their learning.
Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain a safe and positive learning environment.Requirements:
Experience supporting students aged 16-19, particularly with GCSE-level and post-16 subjects.
Enhanced DBS check (must be on the update service).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Passion for education and helping students succeed.Details:
Part-time role (Monday, Thursday, and Friday).
Start ASAP.
Duration: Until July 2025.
