Join a professional civil engineering company as a full time Administrator based in their Wetherby office.

THE JOB:

Working full time, working 8 am – 4 pm, Monday to Friday, doing varied duties including:
Answering the phone and responding to emails
Managing filing systems
Entering suppliers’ bills
Helping organise and maintain common areas
Performing general office duties and errands.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Confident, pleasant telephone manner
Good knowledge of general IT skills
Able to prioritise, organise workload and use your initiative
Good timekeeping is essential
Own transport is essential as the office is not easily accessible via public transport and you will need to pop odd for an occasionally errand
A reasonable commute to Wetherby.
SALARY & BENEFITS:

£24,000 – £25,000, dependent on experience
20 days holiday + public holidays
