A fantastic opportunity has become available for you to join the team in a supportive administrative role, ensuring the smooth running of the office.

The role:

Contract: Permanent opportunity

Monday- Friday – Office Based

£23,000- £25,000 – Experience pending.

You will be responsible with general administration duties such as:

Providing administrative support to project managers, site teams, and senior staff.

Maintaining and updating project documentation, filing systems, and databases,

Liaise with suppliers & clients as needed,

Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members,

Support in managing scheduling, appointments, and meetings.

Who will you be working with?

The company are a family- run construction company based in Barnsley. They specialise in drylining, plastering, metal stud partitioning, suspended ceilings, acoustic wall panels and office fitouts. They have been rapidly growing since 2013 when the company began and now have 30+ staff members.
