Description

Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
Managing correspondence and responding to enquiries professionally and promptly.
Ordering office supplies.
Filing, archiving and maintaining accurate records.
Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Upholding confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.
Contributing to the overall efficiency of the team through proactive involvement.Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

Immediately available and able to commit to a 6-9 month FTC
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
A keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.Job Offer
