Our client, a leading organisation in energy regulation, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Application Reviewer to join their dynamic team, start ASAP, pay £13.90ph, hours Monday-Friday 36 hours per week, the position is until the end of March 2025 with the possibility of an extension, the position has the option of being in London or Glasgow, location of the office in London is Canary Wharf and you will be required to work in the office one day a week. The successful candidate is required to go through a DBS clearance before starting.
What You’ll Do:
As an Application Reviewer, you will play a vital role in:
The ability to collect, analyse and investigate qualitative and quantitative data and evidence to arrive at conclusions and offer recommendations.
Good written and verbal communication skills that effectively communicate complex issues to non-expert audiences.
Ability to proactively prioritise and plan your work and deliver quality outputs in a dynamic environment.
Engaging with diverse stakeholders to foster collaboration.
Deliver targeted number of cases as agreed with your manager.
Ensure applications for the scheme are accurately assessed against the eligibility
criteria, within set timeframes.
Review information provided from applicants.
Communicate with scheme applicants and participants by phone and email.
Provide support on related issues across the team on an ad-hoc basis, including in relation to individual projects across the team. Why Join Us?
