The Role
As a Candidate Delivery Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in our recruitment process, ensuring we match top talent with our clients’ needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing and engaging candidates through various platforms
* Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
* Building strong relationships with candidates
* Supporting consultants in placing candidates within the housing & property sectors

* Recruitment, sales, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
