Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Location: Bristol, South Gloucestershire & North Somerset
Salary: £25,000 + mileage reimbursement (rising to £27,500 with Level 4 PBS qualification!)
⏰ Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (including travel time)
Must-have: Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle

What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Conduct in-depth behavioural assessments and create personalised support plans.
✅ Coach and train support teams and families on positive behaviour strategies.
✅ Travel across Bristol, South Gloucestershire & North Somerset (mileage reimbursed).
✅ Monitor progress and adapt interventions to ensure long-term success.
What You Need to Apply:
✔️ Experience in social care, health, or similar fields.
✔️ Strong understanding of PBS and person-centred approaches.
✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
